By accessing or using WedShopping ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including buyers, vendors, and visitors. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Account Creation:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Vendor Application:

• Vendors must complete an application and receive approval before listing products
• We reserve the right to reject any vendor application at our discretion
• Vendors must provide accurate business information and documentation

Product Listings:

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• We reserve the right to remove any product listing that violates our policies
• Vendors must not list prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.)

Order Fulfillment:

• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Vendors must handle customer service inquiries professionally
• Vendors must process refunds and returns according to their stated policies

Commission Structure:

• WedShopping charges a 10% commission on completed sales
• The commission is automatically deducted from each transaction
• Vendors receive 90% of the sale price
• There are no monthly fees, listing fees, or subscription costs for vendors

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Vendors must provide valid payment information to receive payouts
• Payment processing fees may apply (charged by payment processors)

Refunds:

Refund policies are determined by individual vendors. WedShopping facilitates refunds but is not responsible for vendor refund decisions.

Platform Content:

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WedShopping or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content:

• Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions
• By listing products, vendors grant WedShopping a license to display and promote their content
• Users must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• We respond to valid copyright infringement claims under the DMCA

Users may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Use automated systems to access the Platform (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Collect user data without authorization
• Sell counterfeit or stolen goods
